The hunt was sold in an area that was not under any questions.

The problems occurred after all was agreed.

As I recall, at bare minimum, the upgrade to add the father was after it was clear there were issues with the area.

Check with Cme the last deposits and I was notified of the injunction in June

No Bill and I am responsible for the booking and will eventually make this right. My thinking is that quotas and areas are soon to be announced and that will be when payback happens. The Operator has indicated refunds will take place at the end of the month. If not I strongly suggest legal action.

Saeed...Zambia's Prime blocks have been closed now for 2 seasons due to the Governments inability to manage/allocate hunting areas. This I believe is indirectly responsible for all of this.

I still don't believe what I am hearing about the block allocation in 24' until I see it in print.

This seems to be a recurring issue going back many years in Zambia.
