I know one thing. This would not have happened using CMS agent in the US to book Zambia. CME did not violate any law. A bankruptcy does not equate morally or legally to this: you have tried to kill the reputation of andrew without thinking that it can come bacck. cme is not anymore just a victim of ibi but himself did the same in usa ... legally or not is one thing but morally and ethically seems there is no acceptance by the non us based lawyers or just spectators reading it ... | |||

. . . how much worse can it be for Corey than being taken for $75K by the Baldry and Ibi cabal? As I said before, anyone thinking that Corey seriously gives a shit about what folks on AR think about a public bankruptcy filing years ago, probably needs to have their head examined. On the other hand, the public outing on AR of a hunting outfitter and operator that took a client for $75K, well that’s another matter. ibi has declared and used the same system as cme and you still think it is wrong when ibi is doing it but not wrong when cme is using the same way... and not trying to defend ibi on that he doesnt need me but i is really interesting to see how your views is completely blindsided considering one doing it absolutely the right way but if another one not from usa doing it it is wrong ... | |||

True. Like I said bf, the entire business model for this hunting tourism needs reworked to better protect the clients. These single sided adhesion contacts need to go. Use Escrow Use US agents you can get service of process on Deal with freelancers at your own peril If someone is selling and Baldry sold this hunt as a free lancer w no economic control of the area or outfit the listings need to reflect that status to post here I would stay away from Zambia. I haven't looked at this thread in quite a while. Was sort of feeling sorry for CME, but no longer. Declared BK and then 18 months later finds 80K to go hunting? Doesn't list a single gun on his BK form (reminds me of Boddington's BK form). No tears here for CME. | |||

Most if not all of us started out pulling very strongly for him. But over all this time, all we’ve seen is one stupid move after another, both by him and his self-appointed debt collectors. This thread needs to be set as example of how things might turn when someone takes it upon himself and employs other like minded individuals, to go on a crusade of accusing an innocent man of wrong doing. If it was not for some kind hearted, and honest, members who found the truth about Corey, Andrew will still have been smeared by thoughtless individuals who should have fond something useful to do instead of diverting attention away from the original thread of Ibi sticking it to Corey! No sense whatsoever. And what made it even worse is the fact that some here continued this very sad crusade against Andrew, and viciously defending Corey, despite all the facts pointing to him being an even bigger crook than Ibi! Go figure! Andrew has had years of providing fantastic service to his clients. Many of who went to hunt with him again and again. We never heard a single complaint against him. Someone did mention that Corey has a complaint. That is the point. Corey never hunted with Andrew. But stupidity does not stop people from blaming Andrew. And the extreme length some members went to here to defend Corey??!! May be we will learn a lesson from this. | |||

Lesson learned! NEVER, EVER, listen to a bloody lawyer once he goes off unhinged! You, of all people, went to extremes to defend a crook.
