So Swamp is trying to tell us that he went to the range, shot a group, changed scopes at the range, and fired another group? Same rifle, same load, same day. I doubt it. I'd like to know ALL of the details about the target shown. Caliber, rifle, RANGE , order of the shots on target, etc.

I ain't buying it....

While I use Leupolds heavily, and have never owned a Zeiss, I seriously doubt that Zeiss takes a major backseat in quality....

BTW, did he do this with his Supergrade that was posed on a bench & the photo featured in nearly all of his posts for a while, when he was trying to convince us that he really DID own a rifle?

Heck, even when Swamp was shooting "exceptionally careful on an ideal day" with his Leupold, he was still shooting a 2" group!

if you ever saw the pictures of the Blonde bombshell along with the Dakota , you never actually saw swamp. Just him claiming that the dakota was his. I was told the picture was taken at the range and that the Dakota was not his. This sort of adds up and fits right in with the games swamp likes to play.

As to how Howard stays in shape, I really don't want to say anything that may end up having him hire an attorney to sue me.

And for alvinmack, he's still playin in high school sports and is in fair condition even at age 28 just a few setbacks for the boy. He plans on graduating next year if everything goes well.

Brings to mind the old one...

Johnny goes to school on the first day, and comes home to announce that he knows all the numbers from one to ten, and can say them faster than anyone else in his class. His parents tell him "Johnny, that's cause you're from Mississippi". The next day Johnny goes to school & says that they learned the alphabet, and he knows every letter, and can say them faster than anyone else in his class. Again, his parents tell him, "Johnny, that's cause you're from Mississippi". On the third day, Johnny comes home and tells them that he had gym class that day, and in the showers after class, he notices that "his" is a lot bigger than the other boys in his class. He asks his parents "Is THAT cause I'm from Mississippi too?". His parents replied.... "No Johnny, that's cause you're 17 years old..."

Howard, I did notice that even on ol' swampys own site he didn't have the balls to even respond to a very nice post made by blue. After giving this much thought I would bet money that ol'swampy is the type that has a tatoo on his arm that says "mommy"

Thanks guys. After this past week at work this is the humor I needed. Jimmyd, thanks for alerting me to the post...I haven't been here since earlier this week.

Howard, what can I say, you're killing me. They're right though....you need to get your bone white ass out in the sun....sheesh, you look like a redneck zombie. What's with the trailer....did Chic's stockwork price you out of your home?

Blue, you've been a great sport. I admire your determination. I bit the dust at HA in the "great purge" as well. I've kept in touch with most of the banned via email and here at AR. They are correct in what they have said. We posted factual replies to the "cut and paste" king and were banned. When I asked why Howard, Chic, Idared and Grandview were banned, I was banned as well. So much for due process.

Skibum, how big is your boat. Any room left...I can be there in an hour and a half? Someones gotta drink the beer while you motor over to pick them up!

I agree with Oscar about Benchrest Central. Many of the members are Benchrest shooters and gunsmiths
as well. They really seem to know their stuff, and don't mind sharing that information. Refer your questions
to them, and I'm quite certain you'll receive good, straight forward answers. I've received much assistance
from this board as well. Best wishes.

Boy I just reread this thread. Did we really type all of this?

Swamp the devil, Blue, made me do it, it's not my fault.

So what I want to know now is the fishing trip on or not?

Hey Howard - just looked into this thread and have to admit I am still chuckling, smirking and all that.

As for the picture, you looked more civilized with longer hair. Sorry.

I also suspect Chic is posting under a another name and has been cranking things up, but then who really knows, right?

Thanks for the larfs --- Joe

Gee, and here I thought this was a serious thread

I'm with Howard, whats up with the fishing trip is it for real? The summer time is really a tough time for me, depends on the work load but if I couldn't make it I would give up my spot so that swampy could go

and the swampHA could not have been customstox, the way he talked, he sounded much taller than chic

Jimmy

Are you sure about that. I could have sworn it was chic because the description below sounded exactly like the chic I know.

I am 5'10" tall and 185 and work out each morning to to keep myself fit.

Well, maybe you are right. Maybe chic isn't quite 5'10".

I'm serious about getting together for some type of fishing trip. Howard can tap the keg, I'll pump! Serious though it would be a great time. Plus in the dead middle of July what else is their to do? Lake Michigan sounds good, but I also hear that central Washington has great fishing. We could all bunk up in Howards and make him sleep in the garage with his wife and kids

On another note. Quit picking on Chic. It's no fun because he likes it. I prefer spineless women from the Naples area. Speaking of which did you hear that he went out to buy a new Beagle for a hunting dog. Look at how that backfired on him after paying $1,000 for a Beagle with premium bloodlines

For as long as I could remember (not that long) my Uncle Ray and my Auntie Gert lived in California. I used to go and visit them and they were nice normal people. Then that earthquake hit and scared them into moving away from California. So where did they choose to move to? Washington State. And they kind of changed dramatically. And now I know why!!!!!

Mike,
I heard he said it was a $10,000 dog. He traded two $5,000 cats for it.
