Jack D. Bold,

Those are beautiful sunset pictures, stunning. If you do not mind, email me (mjines@kingwoodcable.com) the two from Etosha, I want to use one or the other for my desktop background.

My humble submissions seem lame compared to those two.

Great post and pictures. I love sunrise/sunsets, and collect them. The challenge is to be in the right place at the right time, as there is such a small window of opportunity. Here's the two most recent:

Here are two sunset photos from the Kalahari. The first gives some of the flavor of the desert.

This second photo just happened. We saw this windmill in the distance and this is how the photo turned out.

I am wanting to create a Photo book for the coffee table in my new trophy room. I am not wanting to make money with it, just personal usage. I have some pictures from my Africa trip , but some of the pictures here are spectacular. Would those that have posted pictures be willing to let me use some of these. I would be happy to put photo credits with each picture and provide a link to the photo book if you wanted your own book.

Thank you in advance.

Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch...
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!
