Well, CME counts. If you buy a hunt from Baldry when he knows the concession is not in his business associated control, Baldry cannot give you a hunt. CME indicates on your first link that the hunt occurred on 2022. He posted in 2024 and stats themcell worked 2 years ago. Thus, your sssumption of 2020 is not accurate. | |||

cme hunted in august 2022 with cms in zimbabwe i never said or wrote differently. as a matter of fact cme never hunted with andrew and booked via ibi the outfitter. hope it is more clear now. those are facts like it or not. but we can go on for next 48 pages ... as you wish. | |||

Deflect, distract and obfuscate. Do some more research, maybe Corey had a parking ticket when he was 17 or got busted for drinking in college. Quick, look over there. The facts are actually pretty simple. Maybe if we go through them enough y’all will get ‘em. Baldry sold and marketed the hunt. Actually solicited Corey on the hunt. Baldry negotiated all the terms of the hunt, price, quota, schedule, the works. Baldry then hooks up Corey with Ibi, tells Corey he needs to pay Ibi. In fact, Baldry concedes he effectively acts as an agent for operators. Then the hunt goes tits up and Baldry tells Corey, good luck getting you money back, nothing I can do. At the same time, in a miraculously serendipitous development, all of Baldry’s other clients are refunded 100%, while Corey is left holding the an empty $75K bag. But, please remind us again how Baldry is just an innocent victim . . . or better yet tell us how Corey deserved to the fucked by Ibi and Baldry because he cheated on his spelling test in the Third Grade. Mike you are twisting the facts to make it work for your agenda against Andrew. i do not know if in the past you tried to get a hunt with better price/deal or just because you are one of the cms friends but at one moment you have to understand that when you are crying the wolf on the web you have to watch out that nothing is coming back to you ... if for you a ticket/fine is the same level of a personal bankruptcy of over $542k then of course we are not on the same level but i have no problem for that thread going and going as it will impact more your client than andrew ... | |||

An American by the name of Corey. Books a hunt in Zambia with a concession holder by the name of Ibi. Ibi, had his concession taken from him the Zambian government. Corey demands his money back, as Ibi is not able to provide him with his hunt. Ibi agrees to pay back Corey in installments. Ibi pays his first installment as agreed. Second installment did not arrive on time. Someone who has absolutely nothing to do with this case, started accusing an innocent man of being the real culprit in taking Corey’s money. The human vermin, as we all know them as LAWYERS, couldn’t help getting on the act. You know, those with non stop adverts on TV. The AMBULANCE chasers. 2. An honest individual came across a court case where Corey, who has been made to be a victim by certain idiotic characters on AR. Wasn’t as innocent as he seems. He had declared himself bankrupt. Got away by not paying 542,000 he has taken from innocent Americans. Having managed to rob these people of their 542,000, he paid the crooked lawyers their share. The rest he used to reward himself by going on what seems 3 African safaris. Some might this POETIC JUSTICE! That might be the case. But, taking money from others and not paying it back is a CRIME! Never anything else but a CRIME. Of course, you will hear some utterly stupid lawyer telling you it is LEGAL to rob innocent people and take their hard earned cash. As long as LAWYER is involved! It appears obvious that Ibi is just an outfitter by trade who gets his business through sub-leasing his area to freelance PHs and there is no telling on the volume of clients he gets and by whom; I doubt Baldry is the only one sending him clients. It is therefore quite possible that he applied a refund method by prioritizing those who preceded Cme according to his booking schedule and last in line, presumably Cme, got the short end of the stick and the ensuing rhetoric did not alleviate the situation. It is also quite common that individuals like Ibi demand to have direct contact with the prospective client when it comes to negotiating price and payment for fear of "double standards" which can be a common trend with some freelance PHs and Agents though not saying that Baldry falls into this category as he has been sending clients to Ibi for quite a while without any negative repercussions. | |||

False accusations are done by a few here. Every single one of them are having a go at Andrew, and anyone defending him. FACTS! Corey pays Ibi 80,000 dollars for a safari. The Zambian government would not renew Ibi lease. Ibi is unable to provide Corey his hunt. Corey demands his money back, rightly so. Ibi and Corey agree on installments. Ibi pays back his first investment of 5,000. Second installment didn’t arrive on time. Some brainless bozos decided to take Ibi to task. Threats on him and his family. Ibi decides that some payback is called for. No more money to Corey. You threaten me and my family, you deranged lot living in a society ruled by lawyers. FO! Corey, who has been made to be a poor victim of a robbery by a Zambian outfitter, turns out to be a much bigger crook than Ibi ever was. 542,000, taken from poor souls who have trusted him. He finds himself a like minded crooked lawyer. The crooked lawyer knows all the tricks of a very corrupt system. He advices Corey to declare himself bankrupt! “Corey, it will only cost you a small amount. I don’t charge much because this is routine. You know, all successful crooks do it! Our system is tailor made for this. Then you will have the money to do as you please. Tell me, what is on your mind?” “Well, I really like to go on an African safari. Do you think I will be left with enough cash to do that after paying and court costs?” “Of course you would. In fact, with my calculations, and I can guarantee you a safari in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Tanzania!” “WOW! Boy am I glad I met you! Next question, what do I saw if someone brings this up? That I declared bankruptcy and I still have all the money?” “Don’t give it a thought! Our system is here tailor made for this. You know, ALL SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEURS do this! This is one of my specialties!” So we end up with one crook taking 75,000 dollars from an even BIGGER CROOK who has taken 542,000 dollars from innocent people! I know the old saying. Big fish eat little fish. In this case, it is little crook teaching a bigger crook a lesson. I LOVE it!
