This is my favorite as of today. Buff taken just hours ago. 44.5 inch This guy had a tough hunt in Zim without a shot at a buffalo. Today was his first hunting day on Coutada 9 in Mozambique with Mokore Safaris. He now can concentrate on sable, nyala and all the rest.

What is interesting about this picture is I got my son to guide this hunt and he held out till he found this Reedbuck he had seen before. He refused to shoot anything lesser.

This lion walked into our kitchen early morning and my hunter shot him ten yards over some beer crates. Ronald the chef locked himself in the store!

This photo means so much to me. It was an incredibly difficult 10-day hunt in December of 2019, in Maswa North on my son’s first Buffalo hunt. He had spent five days trying to take this specific Buffalo and passed up several very good bulls in the process. Finally, after the sun had set on his final day it all came together and he took this fine bull.

I always loved that Leopard shot. Well done.

As far as my favorite image. This is probably one of the most difficult pictures to get. A herd of LDE in the open and relaxed. The funny part of it is, Mike Fell the whole Safari Team and myself were skinning my LDE life-size when they walked out into the open.

Then there's this one. Peter Hankins gravesite in the Luangwa Valley.
