At the recommendation of Bobby Tomek, I thought I'd try https://postimages.org/ It seems to work fine and they claim it is intended for exactly this use (posting to forums) and it is free. The end result: It was obtained by: 1. going to the website: https://postimages.org/ When you open the page you should see some advertising, but in the center you'll see: 2. Before I drag and drop my photo, I selected the final size to be 1024 pixels wide: 3. Dragging my photo to the center of the webpage: 4. Choosing the "Hotlink for forums:" - you just press the circled button. 5. Once you've pressed the button, just return to the accuratereloading edit post window, and type ctrl-v where you want the image to appear: 6. Once you've pasted it in, it will appear like so: That's it - you're done. Leopard, Hippo, Croc - Zambezi Valley, Zimbabwe, 2024 Reindeer & Geese, Iceland, 2023 Plains Game, Eastern Cape, 2023 Buff - Zambezi Valley, Zimbabwe, 2022 Muskox-Greenland, 2020 Roe buck and muntjac in England, 2019 Unkomaas Valley, RSA, 2019 Kaokoland, Namibia, 2017 Wild boar hunting in Sweden, 2016 Moose hunting in Sweden, 2014 How to post photos on AR

This one is posted from my Android phone. It worked easily on the first try. Using the Chrome browser, go to postimages.org; choose the resolution; choose the photo, then copy the "Hotlink for forums" URL, then paste it into the forum post. I posted this to the African hunting reports forum in response to a lament that the poster didn't know how to upload photos anymore. The video might be useful here.
This is the photo I uploaded. I've also posted a summary of different ways to upload photos here with links to explanations like the one above. I am sure you would Ann. And I would be the first one to admit it. Being nice and polite is not one of my qualities. My friends think there is something wrong when I am nice and polite! Went to a friends house the other day for dinner. They are Egyptians, and she cooks the most wonderful quail and rice dish you could ever taste. Add to it her special okra sauce, it is absolutely delicious. I said "I have not had any food all day, ready for this" She said "Saeed, you are my best brother. I love you so much" I said "the only way anyone could eat this is by starving themselves first" She said "You son of a bitch! EAT your dinner!" Everyone was laughing, and someone said "One minute she loves hi, then the next she calls him son of a bitch!" Her husband said "These two never stop having a go at each other. It must be true love"

Thanks Hannay - I suffered from the demise of Photobucket and have not posted pictures to AR in years. This ticked the box! Just taking my rifle for a walk!........
