This case will be interesting. Necked down it may open a whole new line of "magnums". A 338 version may give the 338WinMag a legitimate run for its money. The 375 Ruger/Hornady will still be in a Ruger rifle. I'll wait untill some of the hot air has cooled and hope that a manufacturers of better rifles pick up on the cartridge. The cartridge just might be the first round to unsettle the great 375 H&H but Ruger rifles ![]() | |||

I agree....the value of this cartridge is far greater to Hornady in brass and ammo sales than to Ruger in rifle sales. | |||
