Rich ElliottI just have to feel sorry for the animals that were wasted with the end result of such hideous work! Such a waste....... Reminds me of some of the work I've seen (old stuff) in the Government Taxidermy shop in Addis Ababa.

Greg BrownleeMy favorite is the 2 lions eating a gazelle with a black and white, floppy eared bunny rabbit in the back ground. The bunny was the perfect touch!

L. David KeithWe have had an extended thread on this for a long time in the taxidermy forum started by 724wd. Note the start date of 724wd's thread.
http://forums.accuratereloadin...3421043/m/7701015501 I do believe it was copied for their article. "Bad taxidermy" can be found all over the Internet by searching those words. Many of these mounts were done decades ago in India, others here and abroad. Many were not meant to be funny, but the hideous workmanship forces uncontrolled laughter. It is some funny crap. LDK

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......
"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."

surestrikeDude, the one that looks like a house cat with the eyes popping out seriously resembles a goofy old stray I've got living in my barn right now.
Poor guy...
