Does anyone know if you can convert a Remington 7600 30-06 into a 411 Hawk. If so any guess as to price. I emailed the guys on thier website and have received no response so I thought you guys might know. Thanks | ||

You might want to also consider the 400 Whelen Improved (Randy Selby chambered mine), or the 400 Brown Whelen. All 3 cartridges give similar ballistics. You can't go wrong with any of them, unless of course you are planning to use them for varmint hunting. Garrett | |||

Not a 7600, and I have no idea if there would be any issues in converting one, but here's a picture of my 411 Hawk built on an 1895 Winchester. Fred Zeglin built this one and it is a fantastic rifle. | |||

Thanks guys I have been thinking about it. I can pick up the gun dirt cheap and have been thinking it over. Do I need it hell no but it sure would be fun. | |||
