No, dude, I know. Here's a map of District 30 in Texas from the '92 and '94 elections back when the dems were still controlling redistricting. Give it a few seconds to load from the Wikipedia page. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...h_CD_1991_-_1996.gif On the other hand, those redistricting efforts were, at least for publication purposes, designed to keep minorities from being shut out of any sort of representation.
