Grab it by the ears -- that's sound advice! thumb

One of Marko's 400gr hardcasts could have prevented all of this Big Grin

I thought it was hilarious that he just laughed while his friends or clients were bleeding. I definately would not have been reaching for the ears, more then likely a knife or gun

You guys haven't been around some of the crazy dog guys I have. That's just ordinary humor to them and those aren't real cuts, just bandaid type wounds, real cuts require hospitalization and surgery. There's a pair locally, will drop into a pen full of wild pigs, grab one and wait until the other guys back is turned and aim him at him and let him go. Cuts are just part of the game.

Small hogs like that are the one's who tend to cut dogs the worst tho, they have the short cutters that'll gut them and the size to move fast and use them.

If PETA knew anything about dog hog hunting, they'd work to ban it immediately. Dogs die constantly. I just had one good COW dog, with no hog experience, run up on a hog in a thicket while looking for a wild bull we have with the cowboys right behind him on horses. Result, dead dog, hog made his escape. Another good friend had a good hog dog killed by a hog they eventually shot in the Sulfur River bottoms 2 days back. Just a small slice of life in NE Texas.

When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere.

NEVER, EVER book a hunt with BLAIR WORLDWIDE HUNTING or JEFF BLAIR.

I have come to understand that in hunting, the goal is not the goal but the process.
