I remember at one point that I weighed more than I ever did and was caribou hunting with my father.It just happened he was in the best shape that he had ever been.He had both of our trophy pics enlarged and hang on the wall in his dining room for years. | |||

To me, it's not about getting money from the thieving bastard, it's about stopping him making money out of someone else's images to say nothing on the anti hunting aspects of it. Theft is theft and by doing nothing about it, you're encouraging the thieves to steal again. | |||

I would send them an invoice if I were you. Having worked in the photography world. I would charge the full production cost including all trophy fees and day rates plus a day rate of about $2000 per day for the shoot. You can then also in your personal capacity charge them Royalties per image they have printed Beyond that I would find some low life scum sack lawyer. The kind that lives below the lower than shark shit kind and set him or her on them for 50% of what they milk out of them. The use of any image without permission of the subject and owner of the image is illegal. We seem to be constantly battling to stop image and info theft and it drives me nucking futs and irritates the hell out me........ just 2 or 3 months ago, found a South African outfitter had stolen a massive amount of images and info and copied it straight onto his own site. We told him to remove ALL of it and then complained to Google as well and then had to to the trouble of convincing Google that he had stolen OUR information etc rather than the other way around. To have an anti hunter doing it is even bloody worse. | |||

I would go the cafepress way first. Whoever they are. You can prove you own the image and did not give them permission to use it. They should understand that. | |||
