I attended His Honor's first hearing just this morning. After the classic, "All rise" by the bailiff, our esteemed AR colleague took his seat, looked out over the courtroom, and began to call the docket. Then, in a clear, steady and loud voice he said, "Bailiff, bring the guilty parties forward."
