I got a 7 foot grizzley from a friend.I made about 70 pounds of sauage and ate the tender loin and hindquaters as steaks.Its was very good.I had to fight my old girlfriend over it.The only bad thing was picking out the bullets they shot it with.I hate when you bite the bullet.It had been shot 6 times with a 338.The neck bones had stopped the bullets .There were others in the ham and it was always a prize in every piece.It made awesome sauage.

The one's in the Fall that have been feasting on blueberries are very good. But avoid the meat of coastal fisheaters! Nasty and full of worms.
