Quote from the seller's description:
quote:
30 years ago;I quit building custom rafles (wife and I split!!! I stored my fovorite pieces and sold the rest!!) Now I have sold my home and found these "put away pieces"in my storage room...this stock was to be my pride and joy...I am selling ONLY the stock...I can not sell the 09 Argentine 98 action .(.I found 3 in storage ; I am not a dealer).... It is shown only to show the difference from a blued action...I like the custom silver action the best...

ENOUGH talk !!! stock is 30 inches... inletted for the large ring 98 MAUSER action...the barrel channel is inletted for a military carbine barrel. The stock is in EXCELLENT condition; cap and grip butt is maple and comes with the SPECIAL modified trigger guard...it does need the butt pad replaced..this one has hardened from age. I called the stock used; but it has absolutely NO signs of being anything but NEW!!!You wont be dissapointed in "my baby"

There's so much fodder in there for snide comments, but it's past my bedtime.

That stock goes well with that jewelled bolt stop. Of course what would you expect on a custom "rafle". Big Grin

This guy needs to be careful, I was watching CSI the other day and they were talking about the dangers of using uncut drugs. I don't know what he is smoking/shooting, but he shouldn't buy stocks while he's high.

I haven't figured out why he quit when the wife and him split. cheers That would be the time to start, no accounting, no nagging, no... But maybe she was the artistic one of the pair and it is her influence we see dancing

This is the wrong forum to sell that. I don't think there are many "african americans" on this site.

Perhaps you need to try www.oprah.com or something...

Yep! I believe this stock was carved by a worm - only some Hollywood super-dude would affect such an abomination!

All it needs are a couple of boars heads with ivory tusks and rubt eyes.....
