See where they now have a Beginner Plan ($20/yr), and a Premium Plan for non-commercial users ($99/yr) which offers unlimited third party hosting and forum imbedding. These are more agreeable than the $400/yr plan they tried to cram down everybody's throats, when they began charging for services. Maybe this has been around for a while, I have not been following.

Would not be shocked if they are allowing images to link again for a while, to get users back, so they can then begin charging more reasonible rates for non-commercial purposes.
