Bought the receiver from Darwin Hensley a while back. It is a small ring Peruvian. It has a LaPour safety, Blackburn trigger, Wiebe bottom metal, damascus scope bases, and a Shilen barrel. Jim Kobe did an excellent job on the Roger Vardy walnut.     | ||

It is hard to see the Damascus pattern. It looks more like gold inlay up close. | |||

Beautiful rifle Butch. I really like how the mounts turned out. I've got one of those actions and a Douglas barrel short chambered in 250. Now all I need is a wheelbarrow full of cash, because I sure don't have the talent those gentlemen have. I have one question, why a pad vice a steel buttplate?
