completely open-upfront and honest?....you are delusional. - There are past Satterlee Arms customers who found they were being lied to regarding the progress of their well overdue orders. - SA website is misleading and I was mislead by Stuart as to when the order would be finished and mislead as to when a refund would be forth coming. - nor has Satterlee Arms had the courage to come on this forum to openly acknowledge the issues discussed on this thread, - nor was Satterlee Arms proffesionally motivated to initiate contact with Trax with an update/explanation when the prepaid order was majorly overdue. - nor was Satterlee Arms profesionally motivated to initiate contact with Trax with an update/explanation each of the times he failed to provide the refund. - essentially Stuart has not lived up to his Feb. 2008 AR forum pledge to improve delivery times and customer service. Interesting how Stuart courteously answers the phone in hope of new business while contemptuously ignoring established customers which he is proffesionally and financially obligated to. If a smith has time to have lengthy chat in his shop or on the phone, why is it he can't find the small portion of time it takes to send a brief message to a customer to give an update/explanation on his much overdue order? .... IN some 16 months from April 2010,there was never a minute available or motivation in mind, to send a brief courteous PM?......seriously? Businesses generally become good succesful businesses by first looking after the customers they already have. Lets see if JD can manage to refrain from his constant stupid nonsensical interference on a matter that does not at all concern him, For any continuation to do so only re-highlights the negative press surrounding Satterlee Arms. As I understand it, the wire refund is caught up somewhere in the financial system, I am attempting to find where it is. Sometimes wire transfers go through in a few days sometimes it takes much more. | |||
