yes castle law is far from our forte here ... few people has killed thieves in their home and won in court including in toronto but the cost is insane to have good representation. | |||

I hesitated starting this thread for this very reason. The portrayal of both our countries in the sensationalized news cycles for the most part does not represent my personal experiences speaking with Canadians and Americans both rural and urban. Yet, when I saw the video in the op, I was quite surprised. Yet think of a situation like Daniel Penny and the infamous NY subway "chokehold".
