Everyone should feel free to spend money on the hobby of their choice. Years ago we would go down to my range + stack fired 12G shells one untop of another + shoot them one at a time from the top-down, offhand at 25 yds. Then we moved to doing the same while firing offhand + standing on one foot + patting yourself on the head at the same time. I will admit that there was beer involved.
