Jim, that's correct...handbag, as in purse. That's where the 2%'ers hold their brass knuckles in case they get into a hissy and have to slap someone, and, of course, a pair of ass-less chaps :-)

ALL TOGETHER NOW!!! Y-M-C-A

Jim it's politically correct to call that a Murse. ( Man Purse)

I'm sure he looks very 'thweet' carrying that.

Have to admit SS, I'm not much of a biker any longer myself.

I actually had to sell that bike a couple of years ago because it just killed my back to ride it. That and the fact that I scared myself on it a couple of times. It had tremendous power with a balanced and blueprinted S&S 113CI engine, but with it raked out like that in the front, it didn't handle worth a crap. Being stupid one day, I tried to get a top speed just to see what it would do. I found out that at a certain speed (which shall not be named cuckoo), the front end goes unstable and begins a nasty wobble. Trouble was, it didn't straighten out by backing off the throttle and letting it slow immediately. The wobble got worse as the speed decreased back to about 90, then stopped suddenly. Think "nose wheel shimmy" in our jets. Put it up for sale about a month later as I realized it was going to kill me eventually. Sure was a pretty bike though, if you like those sorts of things!

The Vespa is much safer now that I'm becoming an "Ol Timer"! old

Typical Harley,

All go no slow, no turn. I've had the high speed wobbles on a bike before and it ain't fun!
