My dad and I just got back from a great fishing trip in Alaska with Alaska sportsmen's lodge. We spent a few days in Anchorage before we left for the Kvichak river. While we were there, we visited the Alaska wildlife conservation center and saw a lot of cool animals. On the way there we saw some dall sheep, a beluga whale, and a black bear.
Flying in the float planes to remote rivers was fun. we saw a moose from the air on our first fly-out.
On our third fly-out ,we got 12 yards from a wild brown bear while he was fishing with us.
We fished with a beaver one day.
The food and accommodations were great.

Yeah, Bill nailed this one. You've just filled a boy's memory box with good things he'll cherish forever...and the proof is in the pictures. Nice job, Dad.
