Mid-July 2008, NW Ark, much more rain than usual this spring.

Unusual gold colored fungus growing on dead grass on a small stump:

I have never seen anything quite like that golden colored stuff growing on the dead grass.

I missed the mushroom in the other picture, all I could see was the poison Ivy!!
