I would be interested to know if any of the forum members have hunted with CEC Safaris operated by Cornie & Elaine Coetzee and if you have, was the safari successful and were there any concerns??

I was with Cornie last year in Namibia and have the utmost respect for him and his abilties. Very professional, no regrets or even any mild concerns.

I had a great time. They are Quality people with good areas to hunt.

I have known Elaine and Cornie since 1997 when I met them on my first hunt to Africa. They ran Jan Oelofse's hunting camp and Cornie was a ph there. My wife and I hunted with them in 2006 and had a wonderful time on an area south of Etosha.

Myself and a friend are leaving July 8 for 14 days with them. This will be my 15th trip to Africa. They run a top notch operation and I can highly recommend them.

My Brother and I hunted with CEC Safaris in July 2007. We are planning on going back to hunt with them in 2010. I don't believe there is a better recommendation than repeat business. Both Cornie and Elaine are very professional in every respect. You may go there as a client but I guarantee you will leave with a lasting friendship.

If you can get this month's African Sporting Gazette, Elaine wrote an article for it, and CEC has a large advertisement with several pix.
