More power to you Have at it.

Having started my career with out night sights or weapon mounted lights I found I sure like using them.

Then trying to hold a light, weapon and do every thing else one needs to do.

So is your short shot gun a double, pump or semi auto.

Couple of years ago I picked up a used Mossberg 500 for under $300 20" barrel extended magazine tube. A good solid closet gun that left me with enough money for add ons. For the house I use an 1 oz of 7 1/2s more than adequate for the short distances and lets me get back on target quickly. for sights I stayed with the factory bead after more than a 100,000 rounds of clays I'm pretty comfortable pointing a shotgun, If you can spend some time shooting in reduced light to see what come out the end of a short barreled shotgun......

Zero & P-dog, never used a light on the job boys! Now that is a good way to end up in a river. The plate was secured by straps over the shoulders, just so you know.

The boiler plate works too zero, it stops a 30-30 round also, been tested mind you. Now what else is itching your marshmellow balls??? Perhaps someone needs to start a fire underneath them hey. LoL I think you been watching to much T.V. and reading to many of those Hollywood cop stories.

Eland Slayer so what is it you shoot in competition Boy! How many Eland you shot in Africa anyway??? To busy eating Tomales I bet!

They used Torch's at that point in time.

When you have no training and have no idea how TTP's have evolved over the DECADES, you end up giving worthless advice on the internet.

Just think. With a light mounted to the gun we could clear houses while eating a tamale! Impossible with a flashlight in the other hand though. "The Tactical Tamale"

Nor do you. You have insulted many of the long time members here, without the smallest idea of what their background is.

As long as you continue to post your mindless outdated dribble, the members here will continue to call you out, like the troll that you have proven yourself to be, time and time again. diggin

Okay. I've had enough. This thread has gone its course. Blue Dog, that talk will not be tolerated here, and I suggest you play nice with the other members here. Many of the folks you are dressing down have been here for a very long time and have been good "citizens."

I would suggest that all of you step back and take a deep breath and SHARE information, not turn these discussions into pissing contests.
