It looks like I will be in Sweden this August as my son is racing in the Swedish Legends Cup near Karlskoga in central Sweden. I was wondering if this area might afford me the chance to do a day or two of Roe hunting?

I think the season opens for roe bucks on August 16th in Värmland. (Roe deer seasons in Värmland). Finding an opportunity might be more difficult, as Sweden is not overrun with hunting outfitters. You might try Stefan Bengtsson at Scandinavian Pro Hunters. He arranged a fallow deer hunt for me some years ago and he regularly comes to DSC.
