During June I was out a few times for brown trout, and also had a quick (unsuccessful) cast for a salmon and sea trout, on the Isle of Lewis in the Hebrides. It was way too early for the salmon and sea trout but even so I had a great time and hacked it together to make a little video. It isn't exactly a quality production, most of it is shot on a GoPro, but I dropped some traditional accordion music on top (recorded in the front room) and thought that some might enjoy it. Like any real wild fishing day out there is a lot of walking, tea drinking, and even banana eating.

Some beautiful scenery. Parts of it remind me of fishing hill lochs near Achiltibuie some years ago. Tight lines!
