well iv finnaly desided to get marry the young woman i have been going out with for quite some time now and would like to sell a few of my items to help pay for a new home as after a year i may be looking at a young one to tend with......

my name sake the 700 nitro express double rifle i am looking to sell this rifle at a discount price of 26,000$ usd and for 1000$ more i will through in a loading press 4 die set 4 boxes of bullets and brass and a ammo belt. and a gun case/travel vault.

the rest are hand guns and i already have buyers for those i will still hunt but it may take me 2-3 years to get back on the scean.

i really have to move this rifle as a down payment on a house. you will never again find a 700 nitro for this price its 14k off the orginal price

I hope it works out. Juuuust in case it doesn't, make sure you buy the house before your wedding day, and that it is in YOUR name only. Wink

_____________

Prenups, in many cases, dont always cover Postnups. Keep the gun and borrow the money at today's low rates. Good luck.

I can only say after being single, married, divorced, married and widowed that being married to the right partner is worth more than ANY gun, car, plane, boat or any other posession I can think of.

I don't know. I've had 4 years of wedded bliss. (The fact that Wifezilla and I have been married for 28 years shouldn't matter.)

Guys,
About one in fifty marriages are truly made in heaven. It is a celestial crap-shoot with poor odds. If I stumbled into a perfect match tomorrow I would refer her on to someone who would cherish her and dote on her. I'm 49 years old next week. That gives me probably 25 more years with some form of vigor. I want to go back to war for at least two more tours. Finish building my airplane. Go kick around the game fields from time to time, and practice medicine late into the evening without worrying about being late for dinner.

There are only two valid reasons for being married:
1. Having kids. I got clipped at thirty eight so that is off the table.
2. Getting the rough edges knocked off one's character. Fuck that. I pay my taxes and show up for work. I am looking forward to being a curmudgeon.

I take good care of my girlfriend (and vice versa). No reason to destroy that happy accomodation just to file jointly on our tax returns.

Keep the gun, split a house, and go hunting alone or together, whichever works better.

Hey Mark,

I'll PM you tomorrow after I get caught up on my charts.

I will tease you with this:

It has a 360hp supercharged radial engine and it isn't a Murphy Moose or an aerobatic airplane.
