got back about 9pm tonight. I cannot tell you about Africa. You just have to go to see for yourself.

Myles McCallum got me the best herd bull out of a group of 85-90 we chased all day on Thursday.

took the CZ 550 in 450 Dakota I got from Safari Kid with a 1.5-5X Leupold scope and the 550 Gibbs with irons for close up. Myles thought the actual velocity and whomp of that cartridge was what he thought he got with the 458Lott. I shot my Buff at 165 yds, clear shot across a gulley, and he was not able to move 10 feet. First shot with a Swift A-frame 500gr bullet. Weighs 468gr now. The Barnes solid 500gr weighs 499gr. See the post in African Hunting.
