Quickload has been good for my 45-120, predicts the velocity pretty closely. Love shooting precision and long range. Big bores too! Recent college grad, started a company called MK Machining where I'm developing a bullpup rifle chassis system.  | |||

Shot somemore today and I think I bulged the chamber and the cases come out real hard and they seem to be bulged out about 2/3rds of the way up from the rim. Ever hear of this happening? | |||

Sure Scott Sure! Post Pics. Just what makes you think the chamber is bulged? Again lets see pics. You mean to say a case came out buldged and hard to extract and you kept on shooting? Now thats STUPID! If true, which I doubt, is it possible you used the wrong powder or loaded a .50Beowulf bullet in your .458? Did you leave a cleaning patch in the chamber? How do you get a Bulged case out of a bulged barrel without tearing the rim off first? Kinda unlikely it buldged from the chamber face to 2/3 of the way back and stopped huh!
