Max,
I suppose we all have our Salt Mines. But man does not live by salt alone.

Mac,
The .395 Tatanka dies should be along for proper load development and accuracy testing soon. I will load them to pressure signs and back off and see if you want to pay for the pressure testing then. I don't want to pay for it. I don't have enough "salary" from my salt mines to do everything I want. Wink

I may be able to piggyback your pressure testing onto the "other" testing I will be doing to minimize the cost. Will need the pressure test barrel made and installed on a "rig". No hurry as I'm a few months from launch.

RIP,
Do you need more bullets of any type that I've sized for testing? Be glad to help in any way I can.

Max,
I am not that desperate for .395 bullets!

Give a man a fish or teach him to fish?

And besides, I have stocks of Hornady .411/300-gr bullets that Max has taught me to size down in steps using Lee bullet sizing dies and "STP Oil Treatment" ala "Slick 50."

I stocked up on some .410/400gr commercial cast bullets too.

I got Lee to make the custom sizers to complete this series for me:
.405
.400
.397
.396
.395
.394

Don't need no charity fish. I know how to fish.

Size the jacketed ones down to .394 and shoot them after they have sprung back to .395.
The cast lead ones do not grow bigger after sizing down.

Plinkers-a-plenty. thumb
