I loaded mine to about 2,100 fps so I could shoot it without the brake that comes on them. The recoil was heavy but slow. Fun gun!

Before Hogkiller passed, we would have "Bubba Shoots" at his place, which consisted largely of shooting each other's shoulder artillery at water jugs and other reactive targets, and/or tricky targets- so, not entirely unlike Scott's videos -- they aren't meant to be "instructive" lol

I know Scott, nice guy, and have helped him get going on the 600 OK, 700 AHR, and one of my TRex’s, but I can’t take his Schtick for long. I did like when the slo mo guys were on his show.

No muzzle brake. I admire that.

He's definitely over the top, but I enjoy his videos.

Wayne, what's the market looking like on 600 OK's these days? They still selling and is brass available anymore?

I'm about out of brass. I have a small quantity of the Jamison that I will keep on hand for "emergencies". I still get requests but I'm done building the T-Rex, 600, and 700 and moving on to other things. If anyone is looking at buying used rifles in either of these calibers make sure you have a supply of cases.
