This is my favorite rifle handsdown. It's a Whitworth that started life as a .375 that was converted to .416 Rem by Rigby in California. It hasn't been over the pond with me, but has with its previous owner. It features a lot of dings and scars, but it will reliably feed any ammo you throw at it and it's a tack driver that at 8-lbs is a pleasure to carry. Pure function......

As compared to a Ruger RSM? Dude, no offense either, but you're smoking crack. Smiler

Why did you show an upside down picture of your CZ instead of you're beloved RSM? The .404 has a drop belly magazine, 4 down 1 up.

I am still searching for the best bolt action rifle and so far the CZ is that rifle. The rifle has to be SLIM and ELEGANT to win MY prize.Don't want any bulky and heavy action like the GMA.I like all rifles, but given a choice I would choose the best I have. That's why I am still in the process of building that rifle. When I have it, I'll rest assured that I have the best rifle.

I've only shot it once since my accident and that was with the muzzle break at the last "bubba shoot". Will most likely have fusion surgery later this month. But all this does'nt stop me from stuffing powder and bullets in cases, which reminds me I need to send you a recovered bullet. Rodney.
