I believe an Aussie member posted his maral hunt in Kazakstan last fall. Maybe it's in the rest of the world hunting reports forum. He booked through a friend of mine and it was a great trip from what I heard. Not Mongolia but they get huge in Kazakstan too.

Hey Bill I hunted in Kazakhstan through Asif of global safari for maral last year and had a brilliant trip got two nice stags. I'm sure there are bigger ones were I was but I just really enjoied the hunt and the trophies I got. over hunting pressure was the reason of closing, hope the scouting will give good indications of hunting sucess.
