But none of us (agencies) wants to have to share a truck, so we all drive and record our use so we wont loose it". The initial attempt by Musk was to completely shut down the agency, the pushback was strong and it did not happen the way Elon wanted it to go down. I have no problem at all with targeted cuts, I have often said foreign aid would be a great place to start saving money, and it is.
