Not what I was told from the ATF lawyer I talked to. Or someone doesnt know what goes on inside their own office. But that was what he said was the deeper check, everything else was suppose to be on record.

So, I guess it is all just coincidence. We restrict class 3 highly and little to no crimes are committed with them. Other nations that restrict access to firearms have very few mass shootings. We have easy access to hi-cap firearms and an incredible number of mass shootings committed with those.

Down right uncanny how those coincidences seem to line up.

Must not be the easy access, at this point I'm leaning towards something in the water. 2020

Other countries seem to be able to protect their school children, shoppers, etc. We can’t be inconvenienced by more thorough background checks, red flag laws, universal background checks, waiting periods, etc. we would rather just bury a few folks every few weeks.

I just called Greg Miller.
Lawyer who practices Defense, security and firearms sectors law. Knew him when I had a license. He told me the extra deep dive, was just what I told you, checks to see if any charges pending.
When asked why no crimes with class 3's. His said, who spends 50 grand on MG to rob a bank for money?
You seem to think you know everything Steve, maybe you dont, ever thought of that?

How could that be? Countries like France, Germany and Canada are significantly more progressive than the US and we have all been told that progressivism is the downfall of civilization. Maybe it could be something as astounding as people have more limited access to certain types of firearms in those countries.

Maybe we shouldn't rely on who is a "better parent" when it comes to these things? Christ. Ann, you are dumb as the day is long.

We're not very "United" anymore.

I think a lot of the other western nations have more of a sense of national pride, cultural unity than we do. The Germans are proud to be German and are loyal. The Norwegians are proud to be so. The nations with increasing criminal violence seem to point fingers at diversity and factionalism as the cause.
I was just reading that the nation of Chile is blaming immigration for its increased criminal violence.

The IRA wasn't against the Irish, they opposed the other guys, the Protestants and British.

America is devolving into tribalism, Tutsi's and Hutu's.

But yeah, the proliferation of firearms in America is off the hook. I think there's over 200 different manufacturers of AR's in the US.

When I tell my peers I have too many guns and I'd like to get rid of a dozen or so they look at me like I'm speaking Swahili.

Real conservatives aren't radicalized. Thus "radicalized conservative" is an oxymoron. Yet there are many radicalized republicans.

He actually bought 2 ARs. One recovered w truck. The other is still w him.

What “triggered” him was his ex added her boyfriend to pick up list for kids.

He told his family he was going to buy guns and kill a lot of people.

Luckily, he was kind of bad at it.
