Texas is beyond pathetic on this matter, asking neighbors to rat out any woman who might have traveled out of state for an abortion. Reminds me of the little Communist children urged to report neighbors who might have uttered an anti-Marxist thought.

Plan Parenthood v Casey allowed any state to ban abortion at viability. No, a heartbeat alone should not be considered viability. That is the question the S. Ct., should have resolved and not given the mob led by those who care only about political power this hammer.

The same can be said for forcing a 12 year rape or incest victim to carry a fetus to term.

Or forcing a woman to deliver a miscarriage causing her to become sterile. Texas did that.

I'm not going to argue or debate anyone on this topic, i think it's horrible.

The mother is brain dead. I assume her soul has flown and she's holding hands with Jesus.

Would the mother want her baby to have a chance at life? I'd guess she would.

Would her parents or her spouse or her siblings want the dead mother's baby to have a chance at life? I'd guess they would.

I don't see how anyone is being cruel or even insensitive about or to the mother. The woman is passed, gone. The mother intended to get pregnant or at least intended to have the baby I guess? I would think she'd want her child to live.
