COPENHAGEN, March 14 (Reuters) - The United States has reached out to Denmark and other European nations asking if they can export eggs as Americans face surging egg prices, the Nordic country's egg association said on Friday.
The request from the U.S. Department of Agriculture coincides with a raft of new U.S. tariffs on countries, including in Europe, and the threat of more. President Donald Trump has also threatened economic sanctions unless Denmark hands over control of Greenland to the United States.

When the US has to ask other countries to provide us food, it is a crisis.

A crisis this Administration and Congress ran on solving.

According to recent reports the egg crisis seems to have been taken care of as prices have dropped from around $8.50 to $4.25 per dozen which is an indication that supply is conforming to demand. Wink

Question begs: who ordered the killing of all the damned chickens in the first place?

by the way look which countries you asked help for and from:
canada that you want to become your 51st state without asking and where you do not need anything we have.
danemark that you want to take away greenland ...

finland and sweden the last countries that joined nato that your president destroyed in favour of your new friend putin ...

Importing eggs to increase supply would do that.

The bottom line is the Administration believes it is crisis, or it would not be looking to increase supplies w exports.

We are luckily here in KY. We have never had these price, supply issues as bad. Fuel, electricity, egg prices, and baby formula were not at these high national averages.

After researching SEVERAL IGA outlets in the State of Tennessee I found dozens of eggs from
