you "Continental"s are so refined.

But I like it.

No Leffe Royale in the vicinity. I'll look for the Bateman's

Best Burger I ever had.

Enjoyed with Grimbergen Blonde.

They served no beer so I went home and had a BBB (beer before bed)

I'm trying to decide which of these to have with my venison dinner. Wink

I'm thinking that the Black Wych may be good.

Not a huge Marzen fan but this one was good. Saw Steely Dan in NYC Saturday night....the Amsterdam Ale House had a good selection including one of my favorite hefes.....sorry no knives or food adjacent.

After beating on a driven pheasant day, today, my wife and I were ready for a cold beer when we got home.

So, after feeding my dogs:

Anexcellent brew. Good body and a great depth of flavour.

Of course, one is never enough, so we tried this.

A little disappointing, I'm afraid. Very little flavour.

The pheasant made up for it. Big Grin

This is a very nice Christmas beer.

Spiced fruit like a rich fruit cake. Good body. Excellent depth of flavour.

You'll know this one, better than I.

Brings back fond memeories of Florida fishing trips.

Tonight's tipple.

It went well with the Duck and Pheasant sausage.
