Really nice Jerry!

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch...
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!
- Rudyard Kipling

Life grows grim without senseless indulgence.

I saw this ibex at the show last week and it was the most impressive animal there, by far. I love this specie of ibex but never thought I was fit enough to hunt them. We are the same age so I'm going to have to reconsider.
Cong. on a super mount and super animal.

Do you know if the political situation in Turkey has changed in the last two years? Is it still safe and are these guys still operating?
Thanks

Is it a half life-size?

Mount looks great, nice change from the standing pose.

I've had guys over there every year and have had zero issues. I would not hesitate to go there this coming season.

Seven,
You can do it if you can walk. It is steep and serious terrain but the climbs are short and the guides are super. They help and are fun to hunt with. I hope to do it again in the eastern part of Turkey for the hybrid ibex and boar.

They are doing a lot of business. What you see on CNN is not what is actually happening. Turkey is a wonderful place. My wife, who always goes, said she would go back there in a heartbeat. Very friendly and a great country. I am stunned that the EU does not let them in (Greece blocks them every vote). The economy is good, no beggars, no overt police, plenty of stuff to do and see.

I tell everyone - it is far better than most of the European countries! Go!

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."
