I have little doubt that the above photo is a product of PS, but the idea of using a moose as a beast of burden isn't new, or phony. See below.

Then there's someone in Sweden who's selling cheese made of moose milk !! He doesn't have many moose though and a short milking season so the cheese is expensive !! Roll Eyes
