A while back, I saw on Amazon a copy of Donnelly's book Cartridge conversions going for close to $400.00. I thought that was pretty odd, as I only paid $39.95 for mine when it came out (+well worth it). I guess anything the market will bear, but I'd never pay that much for it.

I took a look and tried it this morning; I got two emails, the first was confirmation of the order, and the second one contained the link. I had no problems downloading the book. The author's son gives his email address here:
