I return today from spending yesterday night at one blind. The moon was full so I and my hunting buddy decided to give a try.

One of my small scaffolds that I use as "towers blinds". You can see a paperbasket in the nearer tree. We usually hang them near to have water and snacks available.

We have saw this sow and piglets for a while, notice the strange hair in her neck, it was a wound that finally kill her. We saw her dead a few metres away from the feeder before a big pig ate all the rotten carcass.

The piglets are doing well so far after two weeks of their mother "passing away", they are feeding from the corn of the feeder.


This is the big guy that appeared and ate the sow carcass, we went to visit him but he never show up


Also some new guys "in town" the night before yesterday but despite all these pigs around the neighbourhood we don't see nothing and returned empty handed


I was sure I was going to bring home some pictures posing with the big pig to brag around here but the big guy has different plans than I..

Was my "last night" outdoors for a while, the new baby is arriving in any moment and wife doesn't allow me to be "outside" anymore..

Again, Lorenzo I wish you luck with your new baby arriving!! That is great! Please let us know when your child arrives in this world! The pigs will be there when you are allowed to hunt again!
