I prefer classic Cajun over zydeco though I love me some Clifton Cheneier and Wayne Toups. I don't eat boars who have tangled with dogs. They can get awful gammy.

Used to watch Clifton Chenier when he played in Galveston, of course that was in the late 70s. Nice pig as well.
