Got this one the friday after thanksgiving. He went a little over 280lbs. Stuck him in the ear at 86yds.

I wouldn't have a clue what his genetics might be. I don't know enough about hogs to really know. Other than the light markings on the snout he looks mostly european.

Thanks, and what I thought.
This topic really interests me, so the next question is, what are the chances of there being enough EurAsians to keep the population relatively pure?
I thought that there were so many ferals over there that every pig was diluted, bar the ranched ones.
Great that these wild boar are still out there, but largely Louisiana?

Most of the hogs we kill in Louisiana and Mississippi look like this with variations in color.
