Folks - The newest season of "Trijicon's World of Sports Afield" begins on Monday July 1st, 2013. We have an exciting line-up this year, and I sincerely hope you will all tune in. Its a work in progress for me, but its been a lot of fun too.

We start with a 2-part show in Pakistan, and then have hunts from around the world throughout the season. Of course we have numerous African episodes too - my favorite! If you can't catch the show during regular viewing times, please record it - and watch it at your leisure.

I look forward to your feedback, and I hope you enjoy the 2013 season. Dates/times are listed below.

SPORTSMAN CHANNEL - All times are EST
Saturday - 10:00 PM
Sunday - 1:00 AM
Monday - 2:00 PM

Please share this info with your friends too.

we probably won't be getting in north of the border but I am sure it will be a top notch show with quality animals.

Good luck and straight shooting.

Those of us who do not get the Sportsmans Channel would still like to see the shows. Our cable channel doesn't carry it, and say it isn't in any package they can get.

Is there any plan to put them all on a DVD at the end of the season, similar to what Safari Classics has done with the TAA shows?

Doug - Hopefully Dave can confirm, but I believe in 2014 we will also be on "Wild TV" in Canada?

Blank - Again, I'll need Dave to confirm that as yes or no??

Doug - Last year I watched several of the episodes on Sports Afield's website.

I look forward to seeing the show on wild tv next year. It needs more quality programming than it is currently airing.

Aaron, that would be good news if it came north. I emailed with guys at wildtv and they said it was a problem with Canadian content. Our socialist system is set up to protect mediocrity even within broadcasting.

I'll hope for the best.

Looking forward to some good shows. Hopefully it isn't just you behind the trigger; if it is I doubt I will watch much. TAA has the right formula.

Hey Aaron,

Just for your reference, the Sportsman's Channel is NOT showing your show at the times indicated. Rather something called "TAC TV" is scheduled in that slot on DIrect TV satellite. Also a search on Direct TV for "Trijicons World of Sports Afield" or "World of Sports Afield" produces no results.

In any event, I wish you the best, but a correct schedule would help.

Found it up here on Sportsman Channel 10AM Monday. Called Trijicon "The hunt". But there is also other episode also called Trijicon "the hunt" that is not Aaron.

Nothing in the title about Sports Afield.

Hello Aaron.
The wife and I just watched the show, our favorite part was you taking the ibex, (great shot btw, bang/flop!) the surrounding country and canyon area. Truly amazing stuff.

Can you please tell us the rifle, caliber and load you were using? Also, what elevations were you Gents hunting at?

Thanks for a great show!

Hey Aaron, if the first show on Pakistan sets the standard for the rest of the series you guys have a winner on your hands! I will divo every episode. I really enjoy the shows with unique locations and game. Well done.

I saw the show. I liked it a lot. However , I have to say the most memorable portion was neither Aaron's legs nor anything about hunting. When the gentleman put the cobra tail in his nose and out his mouth was nothing short of insane.

Aaron, I just saw the show for the first time this evening. I thought it was very well put together and edited. Very entertaining as well showing hunting in a part of the world that most of us, Americans at least, haven't given much thought to, at least in terms of hunting!!

Again, great job to all involved and congrats on the show. I'm looking forward to many more.

I thought the Pakistan episode was fantastic! Great show, and the non-hunting scenes made it better. Also, giving us a glimpse of a destination and game most of us will never hunt made it all the better, I thought.

However, wear some long pants next time you're sheep or goat hunting. Shorts on a sheep hunt is just WRONG. Wink

Aaron: You didn't utter the phrase " Seal Team Six " while you were in Pakistan did you? Like you they did a little hunting in Pakistan and bagged a trophy that eluded them for over 10 years.

Aaron,
Just got back to the world from a wilderness rafting/fishing trip, so my wife and I watched Episode 1 last night. It was extremely well done, (thanks Dave & Co.). I liked the snakecharming scene, and the local color stuff. I also liked the fact that you and Bobby had the cohones to not edit out your missed shots. I gotta agree, however, with the poster who said your legs were more suited for radio. Keep up the good work.
Best regards,
Tim
