This "Angolan Field Group" has field cameras capturing wildlife, including natural hybrids. Sounds like the wildlife is making a strong comeback, but hybridization may endanger some of the Giant Sable

Don't know if anybody knows for sure. If any of the hybrids were fertile, it would likely be the females, and if that happens, maybe the cameras will document a hybrid w/calf.

SGraves155Craig Smith, of the African Sporting Gazette, informs me that only female Giant Sable have been photographed. The search is on for remaining males.
