We are back from our hunt with Jochen Hein and it was a great trip. Here is the 40" Gemsbok I shot. I also took Waterbuck, Eland, Black Wildebeeste, Jackal, Mountain Zebra, Blesbok, Springbok, a second Gemsbok bull for meat, spring hare. I will give a full report later.

We did some shark fishing at Swakupmand after the hunt.

Jerry,
Sounds like you had a great time. Nice gemsbuck.
Can't wait to hear about the whole hunt.

Congrats on a great hunt... look forward to more stories and pictures!

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch...
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!
