Yes, this and a dozen 18 year old homecoming queens who think I hung the moon. If you picked Hollywood starlets, they would all be botox and actually 38. If you picked pornstars, you'd get enough VD's to die in a week .

Saeed’s answer is great, but in my case because it would extend my hunting... lol! But if I could, inventing a physical time machine would be better... go back and hunt with Selous with all my current goodies! Asia hunting, as well as African.

Visits to Jim Corbett sites in the foothills of the Himalaya, such as the Jim Corbett National Park and the locations referred to in Jim Corbett’s books on man-eaters. Together with my Ramnagar based friend and colleague I conduct tours to places like Rudraprayag, Mohan, Thak and others. Our next trip will take us to Champawat where Corbett killed a tigress which was responsible for over 400 dead and eaten people.

I sure would hunt India if it were possible. To me it seems quite unique in the diversity of big game wildlife found there. Almost like Africa, but in Asia. And like Africa there must be very high quality habitat to support and sustain such wildlife diversity. I don't see mention in Naki's post but there are even species of Bear ( similar to Black Bear ) in India. Admittedly my thoughts are pre-biased as one of my grandfathers was born in India. He was a hunter from an early age. I don't think he ever hunted big game there but I remember his misty eyed stories of fabulous bird shooting. Hunting.... it's not everything, it's the only thing.

Lhook7 I never hunted DG in Africa. Only birds & warthog. I just put that there for perspective. DG in India includes tiger, Leopard, Wild buffalo (more aggressive than cape buffalo). You could categorise the sloth bear as DG. 30'06King - you are right - Left out Himalayan black bear, sloth bear and Himalayan brown bear "When the wind stops....start rowing. When the wind starts, get the sail up quick."

Nothing is better than hunting in Africa. Alaska does not come close. The only way to improve the African experience is to bring someone special along. Such as Stormy Daniels. That would make for a fun night. Errrr, I mean (at my age) a fun five minutes. I am very old school when it comes to hunting. I've never done the high end hunts. I just love the basics of the wilderness, the bush, the dust, the rain, the sounds. Wild game. Crashing and flushing game that you do not see but it sends your heart racing. Seeing wild game after a hard walk. Sharing a camp with good mates. Cooking on a camp fire. All the yarning and the stories afterwards. The rifles & guns ..... Yes the hunt itself. Sure. While I hunted a bit in India and shot a few muntjack, the experience of walking for 2 days into very remote areas is the highlight. That was in 1975-76. In more recent years it was seeing tiger and leopard in the wild (vehicle safaris). "When the wind stops....start rowing. When the wind starts, get the sail up quick."

I was thinking TIGER. But ultimately, the sheer variety of African DG (different species and areas) has me questioning whether anything could top African DG. Maybe pulling a Corbett and hunting a man-eating tiger....
